This new Action Medical Research campaign is highlighting the urgent need for more research to help sick and vulnerable babies.
We are looking for answers to premature birth, pregnancy complications and many health problems affecting babies and infants. There is so much that needs to be done. Only a fraction of the millions being spent on medical research in this country is devoted to conditions like premature birth. Yet the thousands and thousands of babies born prematurely every year are at risk of suffering serious health problems for the rest of their lives. Action Medical Research believes more must be done to improve their chances of healthy life and medical research will provide the answers. We urgently need more money to continue our life-saving research. |
